Donald Lynch
Mr. Lynch requested the trustees to protect his video equipment. He stated as people were leaving the last meeting, he thought they were purposely trying to damage his camera. He again brought up his request to meet with the zoning department the week prior to the board meeting. Kirk told him he could not have bi-weekly meetings with the zoning. Mr. Lynch disputed that decision. He wants to see the building permit for a planned dwelling on Foster Maineville Road. He also wants to see a permit for every sign along Montgomery Road (US 22-3). He stated that if he was not permitted to see each of these permits, it would be discrimination against him. He wrote up a complaint against the Kranzmayr property citing the equipment on residential property.

Ron Stratton presented another American flag to the fire department to hang in front of the new station when it is complete.

Roads/Fire Department
Fred Lafollette talked about blacktopping when the culvert was put in on Bennett Road.
He said there are quite a few foundations to be done in the cemetery.

Ralph reported there had been progress made on the building. He said there should be some indication of a projected finish date at the construction meeting tomorrow.

Fred also mentioned he is still trying to get help from the county to put the pipe across the road in Morrow Meadows subdivision.

Zoning
Mike turned in two permits for an addition and a pole building.
