Mr. Lynch also had comments regarding the Gooch property and the lack of a permit.

Frank Schlake made a comment about the terrible condition of two properties along 22-3 in Roachester. Mr. Ramsey told him the township was on top of the problem.

Lori Hensley is working on a beautification project and has spoken with some residents along 22-3.

Fred LaFollette reported they had received a complaint about a problem along Waynesville Road and had checked it out. They couldn’t see anything like the complaint had reported, but took some topsoil out and spread it around.

They are currently working with just one person in the cemetery since Patty Higginson has been off for quite some time. They are doing their best to keep up and Jon Peters has done a good job. Fred said he has asked for a raise since he has not had an increase since 2011. Kirk Ramsey made a motion to increase his pay to $12.00 effective the next payroll. Heath Kilburn seconded the motion.
